About The Event
Have you ever woken up feeling unmotivated to get out of bed?
If yes, you may have started your day thinking about negative things, which may leave you feeling heavy. However, when you wake up feeling excited about the day ahead, you probably feel light and have positive thoughts.
During this workshop, we will uncover how to change your life by changing the thoughts you think.
You will discover what thoughts hold you back and keep you stuck. You will learn how to reprogram your thoughts giving you the confidence you need to propel yourself forward toward your goals.
What to expect:
Please arrive at 9 am for tea and coffee and to settle into the space. We begin with a meditation and intention setting. We then float onto our yoga mats for a 15-minute stress relief yoga class to release tightness within the body and mind. Our workshop then begins. After this session you will: + Feel more confidence. + Be mindful of your thoughts and begin aligning your thoughts to how you want to feel. + Become your best friend and make your mind a safe place instead of a mind of constant worry. + Wake up feeling energised to achieve your goals.
